For Adam Docking, real estate has never simply been a career, it's been part of his life for as long as he can remember.

As the son of Docking Real Estate founder Max Docking, he grew up learning that successful real estate isn't just about property, it's about building relationships, earning trust and helping people make confident decisions.

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Adam joined Docking Real Estate in 1994 and became Director in 1998. Today, he proudly leads the second generation family business that has been serving Melbourne's eastern suburbs for more than four decades. While the industry has evolved, the values on which the business was built remain unchanged: integrity, personalised service and always putting clients first.

Having lived and worked in Melbourne's eastern suburbs for all of his life, Adam combines deep local knowledge with practical advice to help buyers, sellers and investors achieve their goals with confidence.

His commitment to raising professional standards also saw him serve on the Board of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria before being elected President in 2021.
